Enrollment Process

We appreciate your interest in Loudoun Christian High School. We look forward to partnering with you in a high school education that not only prepares your student academically, but most importantly encourages them in their own spiritual growth and development.

Here are the steps as you go through the enrollment process:

STEP 1.  Read, Review, Complete and Send us the following:

  • Application for Admission (check back when enrollment opens)
  • Student Information
  • Statement of Faith
  • Statement of Cooperation
  • Application Fee (non-refundable)
  • Copies of the two most recent report cards
  • Copies of the most recent Standardized Test Scores
  • Home schooled students: Comparable records and a recent writing sample

STEP 2.  Submit the Request for Copies of Records form to your child’s current school.

 

STEP 3.  Family and Student Interviews

When we have received all of the information from steps 1 & 2, we will contact you to schedule your family and student interviews. Further student assessment for some students may be required. Such assessment will be scheduled to take place after the interview.

 

STEP 4.  Admissions Decision

The Board’s decision regarding enrollment will be made within two weeks of your interviews (and assessment if necessary). You will be notified by mail of the Board’s decision.

 

STEP 5.  Enrollment Fee (non-refundable) and Deposit (applied towards tuition)

If your child is accepted, you will be asked to send a deposit within two weeks to hold his or her space for 2015-2016.  This deposit will be applied toward your tuition.

 

STEP 6.  Set up your tuition payments

We will inform you on how to set up your tuition payments.
